WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE
LCTX TIRE CHANGER
The tire changer operates using
compressed air, which is connected from
the air compressor outlet to the tire
changer's air inlet. This activates the large
cylinder and foot pedal assembly. By
pressing the foot pedal, the cylinder rod of
the large cylinder extends and retracts.
When the cylinder retracts, it pulls the
bead breaker arm. The bead breaker arm,
in turn, pushes the push rod to rotate the
wheel Center securing and rotation
assembly
